Get started with a case manager

Don’t forget to download our intake checklist.

The Case Manager is an advocate, assisting the client and their loved ones as they deal with issues that often seem overwhelming. By guiding you through the broad range of community services available, PASO Case Managers will help you help yourself.

With a Case Manager’s guidance, clients are able to take charge, make decisions, and actively participate in care and treatment. That’s important!
The Case Manager will provide accurate information to help:

  • Understand how HIV affects the body.
  • Understand current medical and health treatments for HIV.
  • Dispel myths and fears about HIV and AIDS.
  • Cope with the reactions and attitudes of others.

We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties for purposes unrelated to providing you services. We may share your information with trusted service providers who help us deliver our SMS messaging services, such as SMS gateway providers and phone carriers. These vendors are contractually obligated to keep your information secure and only use it to provide services to us.

Only PASO clients who opt-in will receive periodic text messages from PASO at the phone number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP.
